tuyo is not a licensed real-estate or equipment broker in every jurisdiction. Where a license is required to broker a transaction, we will not act as a broker until properly licensed. Submitting a form does not create an agency relationship.

Listing is $0. If a unit sells through tuyo Secure Sale, the seller pays an 8% success fee (minimum $1,500). Listing Pro ($399) is optional. Buyers may be asked for a $500 refundable seriousness hold. See the Fees page. Final fee terms for a given deal will be confirmed in writing before you are obligated.

Every close is intended to use a third-party escrow provider. tuyo does not itself hold purchase funds as an escrow agent. Escrow terms are those of the provider you and the counterpart agree to use.

We do not guarantee that we will find a buyer or a unit, or that any deal will close. Soft-launch inventory and matches are limited. Units and parties are subject to verification; we may decline to proceed.
